Christmas Tree

For the first time in nearly ten years, I bought a Christmas tree to celebrate the Christmas season. The reason I hadn't had one was because of my cat, Nels, who loved to climb things. Sometime after he died, a friend commented, "Now you can get a Christmas tree!" So after I returned from Washington, D C where I celebrated Thanksgiving with Hans and his family, I went shopping for a nice, artificial Christmas tree and decorations. It took me a couple of tries before I found one I really liked. Once I got my tree up and decorated, I continued to decorate my home. In the fall I had purchased two, darling Christas pillows for my couch. I was so excited to finally put them out. The I proceeded to get the rest of my decorations out. I have several nativity sets but only put oit a few each year. This one I bought at Sam's Club the year Heidi and I moved to the cities. It's large, but fits nicely on my breakfront.
