A few times a week I read the news on the Internet from my hometown, Austin, Minnesota. After hearing a reference on the radio this morning to a fire which took place there yesterday, I went to the site once I arrived at work. Apparently this was a huge fire, which overtook nearly one side of a block on Main Street. This is the block on which our family traditionally stands to view the annual Memorial Day (7 minute long) parade. We actually stand across the street from the location of the fire.
